Hot on the heels of the three new features we released two weeks ago come two more improvements to your DoubleClick Search V3 (DS3) experience. You can now track conversions across every engine type, and use labels to organize and report on keywords.
Track your campaigns, no matter where you run them
Yesterday DS3 was a great way to manage campaigns on Google AdWords and Microsoft adCenter. Today DS3 is also a great way to track campaigns across any engine. Whether you need to track conversions on social networks or keep an eye on campaigns running on international search engines, DS3 has you covered.Tracking conversions for your other engine account can now be done in four easy steps
1. Create a keyword in DS3 with a landing page URL
2. Customize columns to add the ‘Clickserver URL’ column
3. Copy the Clickserver URL from that column
4. On the engine paste the clickserver URL as the destination URL for the item you’d like to track (ad, keyword, etc.)
That’s it; there’s no need to update the Floodlight tags on your web pages to start tracking conversions across multiple engine types, either from within DS3 or using Microsoft Excel. This will allow you to see which campaigns are best helping you meet your goals and make informed decisions faster.

Labels make organizing and reporting on keywords easy
The next feature we’re releasing today is support for labeling keywords. Labels are a great way to organize and report on keywords. Because multiple labels can be applied to a keyword, you can track many different attributes, such as whether it’s a brand keyword, if it’s in a particular category, or make a note of keywords where your site doesn’t feature well in the organic search results.

And just as with tracking links, labels are supported within the UI as well as Excel, so you can work the way you want. Learn more about creating and applying labels on the Help Center.
We hope you enjoy these new features! If you haven’t already, don’t forget to register for the upcoming webinar training on April 28th that Laura will be giving. She’s an accomplished DS3 expert and can help you quickly get up to speed on how to get the most from DoubleClick Search.
