This is the last in a series of blog posts on helping you use the current version of DoubleClick Search. As we roll out the updated version of DoubleClick Search, V3, we'll be starting to post tips and tricks on using DS3. Check the blog regularly for DS3 tips and tricks, and contact your TAM when you're ready to upgrade.
Now that you’ve had some time to explore our new Agency and Advertiser home pages, as described in this blog post, we’d like to let you know of a quick tip to help you manage your accounts more efficiently.
Did you know that you now have the ability to export your campaigns, groups, ads, and keywords by status? For example, you can export campaigns with a DS Status of On and groups with an engine status of Active, and DoubleClick Search will not export campaigns and groups with other statuses. This helps you focus on the objects that are most important to you, and can be especially helpful when:
- - You want to make ad copy edits to all of your active ads in a specific group.
- - You want to identify which objects might not be mapped correctly (that is, objects that exist in DoubleClick Search, but not on the engine).
- - You need to resume all currently paused groups, and need a quick way of identifying them.
Using these new filtering options takes out the extra step of manipulating export spreadsheets, and offers you the information you need immediately. For more information regarding how to filter your exports, visit our Help Center article, Filter Exports by Status.
